Define
As a brand new UX Intern this was my first time using Adobe Xd and making a mock website. I was told that the BYU laundry department was missing deliveries and relied upon paper notes taken by the secretary and occasional emails to interpret when they should pick up and deliver items. Through several interviews including an interview with the VP over Laundry I discovered the key stakeholders and the important needs of saving time, recovering potentially lost revenue, and order organization.
The BYU Laundry Administration needs a way to keep track of orders and deliveries in order to eliminate loss of revenue by establishing delivery routes and order tracking.

Ideate
After looking through several applications that had been made by the university press building a came up with several ideas to figure out how I could address the many needs of BYU Laundry. I decided that there needed to be a system to catalog all of the different customers and orders that came in to the laundry. I also decided that there needed to be a wya to plan delivery routes that could be automated by the development team.
Prototype
With this in mind I was able to create a wireframe with the help of my mentor. We used the University Press Building’s Style guide and I created new icons to make sure that everything was according to the guide. I made a functional wireframe through Adobe Xd in order to take it to different stake holders to test it.
Testing
I was able to do with this wireframe was taking the wireframe to the stake holders and show them the functionality. I was able to get feedback and different ways to change the functionality and give that to my manager before the end of my intenship.
